Dr. Laura Popko is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a special focus on primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. She completed her Internal Medicine training at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle in 2016. She then practiced outpatient primary care in Kirkland, Washington, before returning home to Reno.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Popko’s approach centers on supporting health throughout every stage of adult life. By combining preventive medicine with ongoing care for chronic conditions, she helps patients address current health concerns while planning for the years ahead.
When Dr. Popko is not at the clinic, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, camping, swimming, and skiing. She loves hanging out at Lake Tahoe or exploring the desert with her friends and family.
