Carson Team adds Leighanne Shirey DNP, APRN, FNP-C and Allyson (Ally) Leslie, APRN to provider roster.
CARSON CITY, Nev. – July 22, 2025 – Pinnacle Medical Group welcomes two experienced APRNs to its Carson Office, located at 180 East Winnie Lane. Leighanne Shirey DNP, APRN, FNP-C and Allyson (Ally) Leslie, APRN, join the practice alongside Dr. Basa and Dr. Holman, who currently serve patients at this location. The addition of Shirey and Leslie strengthens Pinnacle’s commitment to expanding access to personalized, full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages throughout Carson City and the Northern Nevada community.
Leighanne Shirey DNP, APRN, FNP-C, will begin seeing patients on August 5, bringing over 40 years of nursing experience, including more than a decade as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Shirey is known for her preventive approach and ability to form lasting patient relationships built on trust and education.
Allyson (Ally) Leslie, APRN, will begin seeing patients on August 26, offering primary care for patients of all ages. A fourth-generation Nevadan, Leslie is deeply committed to community-based healthcare and takes a patient- centric approach to everything from women’s health to chronic disease management.
The addition of both providers reflects Pinnacle’s continued investment in expanding access to high-quality, compassionate primary care across Northern Nevada.
