Alex Moore, APRN, is a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse providing comprehensive family and primary care in Northern Nevada. With nearly seven years of nursing experience, Alex brings a diverse clinical background spanning neonatal intensive care, gastroenterology, and endoscopy to her role as a family practitioner. She provides personalized, high-quality healthcare for patients of all ages, with a primary focus on adult care.

Alex earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2026 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2019. Before becoming an APRN, she spent two years caring for patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Renown Regional Medical Center. She then spent five years in gastroenterology at GIC and Carson Endoscopy Center, progressing from floor nurse to Charge Nurse and ultimately serving as Director of the Endoscopy Center for nearly two years.

Philosophy of Care

Alex believes exceptional primary care begins with listening, building trust, and creating meaningful relationships with patients. Her broad clinical and leadership experience allows her to approach each patient thoughtfully while providing individualized, evidence-based care focused on both immediate health needs and long-term wellness.

As a longtime Northern Nevada resident, Alex is especially passionate about caring for the community she calls home.
