Senior Care Plus members should speak with their Medicare broker about plan options that include Pinnacle. Hometown Health members should review available plans during Open Enrollment.

Greeting by front desk when entering was nice. Clear instructions were given regarding initial paperwork. I’m happy the office will be able to open another location in Stead soon. Pinnacle is working hard to take over a retiring doctor’s office, providing the North Valley’s an option for good care.
