Ryan Aiazzi, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner proudly serving the Reno community where he was born and raised. After the birth of his first son in 2012, Ryan felt a calling to pursue a more meaningful career—one that would allow him to give back and make a tangible impact in the lives of others. Today, Ryan specializes in full-spectrum primary care for patients ages two and up. He is passionate about preventive care and takes a comprehensive, personalized approach to improving patient well-being.
Philosophy of Care
Ryan believes in treating the whole person—not just the condition. His approach to care is centered around listening, educating, and empowering patients to play an active role in their health journey. He emphasizes preventive care, early intervention, and building meaningful relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect. Ryan’s goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and cared for at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, watching them play soccer, and hunting in the great outdoors. Navigating life as the parent of a child with type 1 diabetes has deepened his empathy and strengthened his commitment to truly listening and supporting his patients.

Ryan began his nursing career after graduating as valedictorian from Carrington College in 2014. He later earned his Master of Science in Nursing with honors from Samuel Merritt University and is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As a dedicated lifelong learner, he is also a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Ryan provides comprehensive primary care for patients ages 4 and up, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Whether it’s a well-child check, chronic disease management, or preventive care for older adults, Ryan offers personalized, full-spectrum healthcare for individuals and families throughout every stage of life.
Ryan is available to see patients Tuesday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:20 PM. With early morning appointments and flexible scheduling, he offers accessible primary care for busy individuals and families. Whether you need a routine exam, help managing a chronic condition, or same-day care for a sudden illness, Ryan provides timely, personalized care during convenient weekday hours.
