Greeting by front desk when entering was nice. Clear instructions were given regarding initial paperwork. I’m happy the office will be able to open another location in Stead soon. Pinnacle is working hard to take over a retiring doctor’s office, providing the North Valley’s an option for good care.

Honestly, one of the best doctors’ visits I've ever had. The reception staff was friendly, the nurse was kind and efficient, the doctor listened to my issue, asked questions, made me feel like I was really being heard. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Loved the text reminders before my appointment as well. The whole experience was great, and I can't wait to recommend Pinnacle to everybody I know.
