Cassie Wellock is a Physician Assistant, born and raised in Montana. She grew up on a farm and learned the value of hard work. Her parents were paramedics and inspired her to go into medicine. She moved to Reno in 2004 to attend the University of Nevada. She earned her Bachelor of Science and graduated in 2009. She then attended Touro University in Henderson, Nevada and graduated in 2012 with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Cassie enjoys being a part of the medical community and plays an active role as a preceptor for the UNR PA Program.
She has been practicing Internal Medicine and Family Medicine in Reno since becoming a certified Physician Assistant. She believes in treating patients as a whole and she believes in practicing in what she preaches. Currently she treats patients age twelve and older.
